G&H Studios have just completed the carvings of the Kings Beast at Hampton Court Palace for the newly restored Chapel Court Garden as part of the 500th anverisaray of King Henry VIII accession to the throne.


The Garden was pain stakenly reconstructed  by Designer Todd Longstaffe-Gowan, gardens advisor to both Hampton Court and Kensington Palace, has based the layout around eight beds edged with painted rails. The heraldic beasts are carved from oak and painted in bright liveries to reflect the Tudor heraldic colours.
